Instone Real Estate: Andreas Rühle has handed over the management of the Leipzig branch to Saidah Bojens as of 1 March 2023

Andreas Rühle is leaving the company at his own request on 31 July 2023. Saidah Bojens has already been working for the company as Berlin Branch Manager since 1 January 2022 and will now manage both branches in a dual role. Until then, the two will jointly coordinate the operational development business for the Central Germany region. Successful appointment to the position from within the company.

Saidah Bojens (45) has taken over the management of the Leipzig branch of residential developer Instone Real Estate (‘Instone’) with effect from 1 March 2023. The graduate architect has already been the Berlin branch manager since 1 January 2022 and will now drive forward the operational development business of both branches. Andreas Rühle (46), previously Branch Manager Leipzig, will be leaving the company on 31 July 2023 at his own request to take on new professional challenges. Until then, he will continue to fulfil his role as contact person for the Central Germany region and coordinate day-to-day business together with Saidah Bojens.

Andreas Gräf, COO of Instone Real Estate Group SE: ‘After six years together at Instone, we very much regret Andreas Rühle's decision. We would like to thank him for his commitment and for the trusting cooperation. We wish him all the best for the rest of his professional and personal life.’ Gräf adds: ‘By filling the position from within its own ranks, Instone is excellently positioned to drive forward its future plans in the Central Germany and Berlin-Brandenburg region. Saidah Bojens is also an important part of our management team due to her proven expertise and many years of experience in project development. We are therefore delighted that she has now taken over Andreas Rühle's area of responsibility in addition to her previous one and wish her every success in her new dual role.’

Prior to Instone, she worked at BaseCamp Student GmbH as Head of Development Germany and before that at OFB Projektentwicklung as Head of Project Development and at Hochtief as Head of Project Development Commercial Property.
