On the northern edge of Nuremberg city centre, residential developer Instone Real Estate (‘Instone’) has completed the ‘Carlina Park’ quarter and handed it over to the new owners. The project comprises around 100 apartments with a living space of approx. 8,000 m² as well as an office building and around 100 underground car parking spaces.
Andreas Zeitler, Instone Branch Manager Bavaria, says: ‘Our “Carlina Park” neighbourhood project is characterised above all by its very good location in the immediate vicinity of the city park, the wide-ranging mix of apartments and the good transport connections. The revitalisation of the previously commercially used area has made it possible to create urgently needed apartments in Nuremberg without sealing any additional space, thus enhancing the value of the location. We would like to thank everyone involved in the project and the City of Nuremberg for their excellent cooperation.’
‘Carlina Park’ offers attractive living space with modern 1- to 5-room apartments spread over four residential buildings and living areas of 25 to 247 m² for singles, couples and families. A fifth building unit houses the office space with approx. 2,800 m² of commercial floor space. The project is located at Schopenhauerstrasse 10 in the popular Maxfeld neighbourhood. In addition to plenty of green space and local recreational opportunities, the immediate vicinity offers a wide range of facilities for everyday needs, such as nurseries, schools, doctors, local suppliers and restaurants. The city centre can be reached on foot in around 20 minutes. There is a bus stop directly in front of the project and the nearest underground station is less than ten minutes away on foot. The motorway is around 10 minutes away by car.
