Historical charm, modern comfort
Where the St. Marienkrankenhaus hospital stood for decades, eight apartment blocks, some of which are modelled on the original architecture, blend harmoniously into the overall design. The characteristic façade facing Brahmsstrasse has been rebuilt and the green inner courtyards have been retained. Marie is located in the Nordend-West district, between Richard-Wagner-Straße and Nordendstraße. The distances here are short and the numerous parks, as well as "Oeder Weg", which leads to the city centre, can be reached quickly. Another highlight is 'Friedberger Platz', which invites you to shop at the weekly market during the day and socialise with friends in the evening.
