Living in the heart of Munich
Spread over eight residential buildings, "Therese" shows how inner-city residential construction and successful, high-quality redensification can work on a former production site. The planning of the buildings was based on the courtyard structure typical of the Maxvorstadt district. Most of the flats face the quiet inner courtyard.
