The "Wohnen im Hochfeld" neighbourhood in Düsseldorf-Unterbach continues to take shape. Following the recent handover of the construction phase on Gerresheimer Landstrasse to LEG, residential developer Instone Real Estate has completed 16 terraced houses and 45 condominiums on the "Scholle 1" construction site and handed them over to their new owners as planned.

The rapid sale of the modern condominiums and terraced houses confirms the high quality of the new project in Unterbach. I am delighted to see that most of the units have already been occupied and that the neighbourhood is now being filled with life."
A diverse mix of flats ranging from 1- to 6-room flats and living spaces of 42 to 195 m² has been created on the "Scholle 1" site. The simple yet modern design of the houses is defined by clear structures and light colours. The gardens are connected by small paths and green areas, which, along with children's play areas, create space for neighbourly encounters. The site is characterised by its attractive location in the immediate vicinity of Unterbacher See and good connections to Düsseldorf city centre.
As part of the holistic neighbourhood development, Düsseldorf's "Housing Action Concept" will be implemented on the approximately 55,000 square metre site, partly with publicly subsidised and affordable housing.
